Villa CRISMANI
This attractive two-family house on picturesque Nussberg hill at the heart of Vienna’s winegrowing district of Grinzing was built in 1981, originally for rental purposes. In recent years it has been adapted to the needs of its owners, who now live there themselves.
The building with its plain, clear lines has undergone substantial refurbishment both inside and out to adapt it to today’s standards. A highlight is the new top-floor loft area, which now serves as living space. The latter provides a stunning panoramic view over the rooftops of Vienna that is unparalleled anywhere in the city.
